Note: The Hofstra wrestling team will serve as clinician and no practice will be run by anyone who was not an All-American.
Note: Due to NCAA regulations, all club members must live within 50 miles.
There will be a travel team to the NHSCA Duals in Virginia Beach along with other dual meet competitions and coaching at off season wrestling tournaments.

Strong Island Wrestling club refund and credit policy:
Refunds are not available after the first week of the clubs start date. Anyone who wants a refund must put it in writing stating the reason. These documents must be submitted before the end of the first week of the clinics start date. If it is for medical reasons they must have a note from the doctor along with the letter. We will give credit for future clinics within the first three weeks if it is for medical reasons. You must submit a letter before the end of the third week of the clinic start date to receive a credit. After three weeks of the clinic starting we will not refund or credit any individual or group.

Club Rules:
- All members are required to wear appropriate wrestling apparel to workout sessions. Please NO Jewelry (earrings, necklaces etc)
- All members are requested to wear wrestling shoes
- All members should be free of any skin condition
- All members are required to fill out a personal profile form
- Come ready to work hard, all members are dedicated to improving
- Any member may be ejected from a session for a lack of self-control
- No refunds once program starts
